摘　　要：随着智能电网的发展及调控一体化进程进一步深入,对电网的平稳运行及优质可靠供电的要求也越来越高。针对现有监控系统在电网稳定监视及辅助分析等方面的不足,提出并开发了基于海讯实时数据库的电网运行状态监控、分析及预警系统,详细介绍了系统的基本架构、设计思路和主要功能。With the development of smart grid and deepening of dispatch ＆ control integration, more stable operation of power grid and more reliable power supply are required. Aiming at disadvantages of present mon- itoring system in grid stability monitoring and analysis support, the paper proposes and develops grid opera- tion state monitoring, analysis and alarming system, and expounds basic framework, design idea and main functions of the system.
