摘　　要：采用异紫堇定预防大鼠急性肺水肿 ,测定肺组织和心脏组织镁离子的变化 .实验分组 :正常生理盐水对照组 ;单纯异紫堇定对照组 ;肺水肿实验组和异紫堇定药物预防组 .结果表明 :肺水肿组的肺组织含水量明显增加 ,两种组织中镁离子含量显著降低 ,而异紫堇定可以明显地阻止其变化 .对其预防机制进行了探讨 .In order to study the mechanism of lsocorydine in preventing pulmonary edema inrats, the contents of Mg 2+ of lung tissue and heart tissue were measured The results showed that Mg 2+ markedly decreased in pulmonary edema group caused by adrenalin H 2O in lung increasedlargely, but lsocorydine prevented the change The preventing mechanisms were discussed in the paper
