摘  要:目的 :探讨血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白与糖尿病性视网膜病变 (DR)发生发展的关系。 方法 :对 30 8例 型糖尿病患者的血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白资料进行分析总结。结果 :血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )、载脂蛋白 A(APO- A) ,APO-B在有 DR组较无 DR组明显增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。增殖期 DR组中 ,TC,三酰甘油 (TG) ,载脂蛋白 APO- B较单纯期 DR组非常显著或显著增高 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。经过 L ogistic回归分析显示 ,DR与 TC水平相关。结论 :血脂和脂蛋白的代谢异常 ,特别是血胆固醇的水平 ,影响着 DR的发生发展 ,因此 。Objective: To observe and investigate the correlation between serum lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins and the development of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: Serum levels of lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins of 308 diabetic patients were measured and analyzed. Results: The total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL), apolipoprotein A(APO A) and apolipoprotein B(APO B) in DR group were significantly higher than those without DR ( P <0.05). TC, triglyceride (TG) and APO B in the group with proliferative DR (PDR) were significantly or very significantly higher than those with background DR (BDR) ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Stepwise Logistic regression analysis revealed that the level of TC was correlated with DR. Conclusion: Abnormal metabolism of serum lipid and lipoprotein, especially the level of TCs, influence the development and progression of DR. Thus strict control of the level of serum lipids and strict controll of the level of blood sugar are equally important in diabetic patients. [
