摘　　要：从现行条款理算方案的不足入手,根据保险学原理提出新方案所应满足的具体要求,着重对维修费用中工时费、外协加工费、材料费和税费的赔付进行分析,提出一个新的理算方案,并通过模糊综合评价模型进行评价,验证了方案对提高车损险理赔的科学性与合理性。With discussing the problem of the adjustment methods of motor vehicle loss insurance, according to the specific requirements for new adjustment theory by insurance principles, a new method is proposed by analyzing Maintenance costs, such as fiat rate, Subcontractor costs, materials expenses and Taxesr.The method has been proved well through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This program will be good for the normalization of the vehicle loss insurance.
