摘 要:从分段供电式直线感应电机的结构特点出发,介绍电机的工作原理,给出其在d-q坐标系下等效数学模型及其控制策略。在此基础上,针对分段供电可能带来的潜在故障类型,采用与系统健康状态直接相关的电流和位置状态作为特征量,设计出快速诊断电机分段供电相关状态的检测算法,给出判定准则并通过编程实现。通过实验验证,所提出的故障诊断系统能够对系统及控制进行有效判定,解决了设备本身难以自诊断的问题,实现了分段供电故障的准确定位。This paper describes the sectionally powered linear induction motor structural characteristics and working principle, and proposes the analysis of its equivalent in the dq coordinate system mathe- matical model and its control strategy. On this basis, to troubleshoot the potential problem caused by segmented power supply, the electric current and its position status, that directly show the system health status,was checked firstly. The detection algorithm that rapidly diagnose the motor segments of the sup- ply state was designed and the criteria were given. The experimental results show that the proposed fault diagnosis system determines the system and its control effectively, it is difficult for the device overcomes the difficulty of self-diagnosis to self-diagnosis, and accurately locates the fault position of the segmented power supply.
