摘  要:针对定子线棒换位三维模型建模和求解的复杂性,以及发电机槽部和端部漏磁场计算的困难性,以180MW水轮发电机为例,提出了一种多截面场路耦合的求解方法。以单个齿槽为单元,以线棒360°不足换位为例进行分析,得到各分段截面的磁密和电密的分布图,计算线棒中各股线的电流、电压和环流损耗值,并将计算结果与三维有限元数值求解结果进行对比。验证多截面场路耦合法求解结果的有效性,为定子线棒各种复杂换位的电磁场求解提供了一种新的计算方法。In view of complexity of three-dimensional modeling and solving to stator bar transposition as well as difficult calculation of leakage magnetic field in the slot and end region of hydro-generator, a 180MW hydro-generator is taken as an example in this paper, and a multi-section method coupled field- circuit is proposed. Considering a single slot as a solving region, 360~ inadequate transposition of bars was analyzed. Magnetic flux density distribution and current density distribution of each section were given, and the values of current, voltage and circulation current loss in the strands were calculated. In addition, the results were compared with the numerical results of three-dimensional finite element. The validity of the results of multi-section method coupled field-circuit is verified, and a calculation method for the calculation of leakage magnetic field about various complex transpositions of the stator bars is provided.
