摘  要:稠化剂作为水基压裂液中最主要的添加剂,关系到压裂液的增稠、流变、损害等性能,影响压裂效果。定性分析稠化剂对储层损害的原因及程度,探讨其损害机理极其重要。选用渗透率为0.164×10^(-3)~0.386×10^(-3)μm^2的砂岩气藏岩心为实验岩心,通过对实验液体的分解处理,结合常规流动实验手段和平行岩样比对方法,设计了研究压裂液稠化剂对储层损害机理的新方法,定性评价了胍胶压裂液中稠化剂分子引起的储层损害。研究结果表明:充分返排情况下,胍胶压裂液滤液仍会对储层造成42.2%的总损害,其中稠化剂分子引起的损害占总损害的53.8%,是胍胶压裂液对储层损害的主要因素;稠化剂分子引起的损害中,滤饼损害达到76.3%,而岩心基质损害仅占23.7%;岩心基质损害与喉道半径大小及其分布存在较好的相关性,是不可逆的永久损害,很难恢复。Thickener is the most important additive of the water-base fracturing fluid, for it relates to the perform- ances of the fracturing-fluid thickening, rheology, damage and so on, in a word it affects the fracturing results. So they are extremely important to qualitatively analyze its reasons and extent of the damage to the reservoirs and more- over explore the damage mechanism. The cores between 0. 164x10-3 p.m2 and 0. 386x10-3 p.m2 sampled from sand- stone gas reservoirs are chosen as the experimental cores. With the help of the decomposition of the experimental liquid and combined with conventional flowing experimental methods and the parallel rock contrasting method, a new method is developed to explore and research the damage mechanism of the fracturing fluid thickener, and fur- thermore the reservoir damage caused by the thickener moleculae in the guar-gum fracturing fluid is evaluated quali- tatively. The results of the study stated above show that the filtrate of the guar-gum fracturing fluid still results in 42.2 % of the total damage on the reservoirs under the condition of fully reverse displacement. In detail, about 53.8% of the total damage is caused by the thickener moleculae, which is the main reservoir damage of the guar- gum fracturing fluid; among the damage described above, the damaged filter cake is up to 76. 3%, while the dam- aged core matrix is only 23.7% ; the latter damage possesses more serious correlation with the size of pore-throat ra- dius and its distribution, and unfortunately the damage is irreversible and permanent , that means the damage is. difficult to recover.
