摘 要:贵州某金矿井下生产采用凿岩台车、铲运机、大型矿用卡车、混凝土湿喷车及装药车等配套的机械化水平分层充填采矿法。矿山采用斜坡道开拓,中段高度60m,分段高度20m,分层回采高度5m。垂直矿体走向布置穿脉道,沿矿体走向布置采场,不留矿柱,进行胶结充填。充填结果显示,采矿综合回收率达到95%以上,贫化率小于5%。2012年生产性单位成本为27.33$/t。生产实践表明,该无轨采矿工艺技术先进,安全可靠,对国内其他无轨矿山建设具有示范作用和参考价值。Mechanized horizontal cut-and-filling stoping method is applied in a gold mine in Guizhou Province. Large mining machines are introduced such as jumbo, LHD, large mining truck, spray machine and explosive truck etc. The mine is developed by decline system and the height of level and subsection are 60 meters and 20 meters re- spectively. Mining layer height is 5 meters. Cross cut is designed perpendicular to the ore body, and stopes are dis- tributed along the ore bodies. Cemented filling is used and no ore pillar is left. The overall recovery rate exceeds 95% with the dilution rate less than 5%. Unit operation cost is 27.33 $/t in 2012. Production practice shows that this trackless mining technique is advanced and safe, and it is helpful for domestic trackless mining.
