摘  要:高分段空场采矿方法可以有效减少矿山的开拓工程量、缩短基建周期,使矿山尽快投产、达产,缩短企业的投资回报期。但如果高分段空场采矿法采用一次性把整个分段高度的矿体进行凿岩爆破,贫化损失会很大,不利于资源回收和矿山效益的达成。该文主要对高分段空场采矿法应用和施工优化进行阐述,将一个分段分成两部分分别进行上向、下向的凿岩爆破,以达到有效控制矿体边界、减少矿石损失贫化的目的。同时对上下向凿岩爆破施工过程中产生的下向中深孔凿岩设备选择、凿岩除尘、下向孔施工保护、上向孔粉状药填塞、凿岩效率等问题及解决办法进行阐述,供类似矿山参考。High-sublevel open stoping is an effective mining method especially in reducing mine development works and capital construction period, which accelerates a mine into operation stage and production stage and also reduces investment return period. But if drilling-blasting happens once in a whole sub level, dilution and loss would be much more, which influenced the source recovery and mine profits. This assay will focus on the optimization of mining method application and construction optimization, as well as drilling-blasting up and down in two divided segments of one stope so as to effectively limit ore contact and reduce dilution. Besides, this assay would elaborate the problems that happen in rock drilling basting such as selection of rock drills, dust collecting, safety protection for drilling down, powder explosive charging and rock drill efficiency, which can be a reference for other similar mines.
