摘 要:针对白钨矿矿石性质,本试验研究采用重选法、重选—浮选联合工艺和单一浮选法进行白钨矿选矿工艺试验研究,全流程试验获得钨精矿品位(WO3)分别为71.90%、69.38%、71.78%,回收率分别为83.67%、87.71%、90.19%,三种试验方案在技术均可行,但以浮选指标最优。Based on the property of scheelite ore, the process investigations have been carried out for the treatment of the scheelite ore by adopting the methods of gravity concentration, combined process of gravity concentration and flotation and single flotation. By adopting the three different processes, the tungsten concentrates grade is 71.90%, 69.38% and 71.38%, and the recovery is 83.67%, 87.71%, 90.19% respectively. All the mentioned adopted methods are feasible, and the best performance has been achieved by flotation.
