摘  要:针对云锡老尾矿的特性,利用近年云锡公司研制成功的几种选矿新设备,开展尾矿再选新工艺研究。采用尾矿分级、粗粒经磨矿—振摆螺旋预选—两段摇床重选,细粒用转盘选矿机—细泥摇床联合选别的新工艺,在给矿品位0.35%的条件下,新工艺试验取得了锡精矿品位10%,锡富中矿品位4%,锡综合回收率39%的较好指标。对于尾矿的综合回收利用具有一定的指导意义。Based on the property of the old tailings of Yunnan Tin Group Co., Ltd., several new mineral processing equipments (invented by Yunnan Tin Group Co., Ltd.) were applied to carry out new process study for recycling from the old tailings. The process of classification of the tailings, grinding of coarse particle, pre-concentration by vibrating spiral chute, two was applied to treat the coarse particle fraction, and combined shaking table was used to treat the fine particle fraction. When stage gravity concentration by shaking application of rotating separato the feed grade of old tailings is r and table slime 0.35% Sn, good experiment results was achieved, while the tin concentrate grade is 10% Sn, rich middling concentrate grade is 4% Sn, and the comprehensive recovery reaches 39%. This study could provide a guiding significant for the utilization of the tailings.
