摘  要:浮选机内气泡特征参数和流动规律的研究一直是浮选机研究的重点和难点。本文利用电导探针法和CFD数值方法研究了浮选机内气泡特征参数及其分布特性。通过电导探针法获取了浮选机内气泡直径、速度和气含率等气泡特征参数。利用CFD数值方法揭示了浮选机内气含率的分布特征,预测结果同试验观察一致。并进一步研究了浮选机关键运转参数对气含率分布的影响规律。试验结果表明,CFD预测的气含率同试验测试结果吻合。The investigations on characteristic parameters and flow regularity of air bubbles in the flotation machine have always been the emphasis and difficulty. The methods of conductivity probe test and CFD numerical simulation were applied to study the air bubbles characteristic parameters and bubbles distribution. The air bubble feature parameters such as diameters, velocity and gas holdup were obtained by conductivity probe method. The distribution of gas holdup in flotation machine is revealed by CFD simulation, and the CFD prediction results agree with experimental observation. Furthermore, the impact of key operation parameters of flotation machines on distribution of gas holdup was investigated. It is demonstrated that the gas holdup of CFD prediction results agree with experimental data.
