摘　　要：CGF型宽粒级机械搅拌式浮选机是一种新型宽粒级机械搅拌式浮选设备,该机具有自吸空气、自吸矿浆、自吸中矿泡沫等功能,能够水平配置,便于流程变更。浮选机清水动力学测试和工业试验结果表明CGF型浮选机达到了设计要求。工业生产应用表明,该型浮选机提高了粗、细粒级矿物的回收效果,拓宽了矿石入选粒度范围,提高了矿产资源利用率,是一种高效的宽粒级浮选设备,能够广泛应用于锂云母、钾盐、石墨、石英等矿物的选别。CGF flotation machine which is a new type of wide size fraction machinery flotation equipment has the functions of self-suction of gas, pulp and froth of middlings, and it also could realize the horizontal layout of equipments and transformation of process flowsheet. Hydrodynamic test and industrial test shows that CGF flotation machine meets the design requirements. The application of industrial production indicates that the recovery of coarse and fine size fraction has been improved by this type of flotation machine, and the size range of feed has been extended, furthermore the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources has been realized. CGF is a new type of efficient wide size fraction flotation equipment which could be applied for the ore treatment of lepidolite, potash graphite and quartz, etc.
