摘  要:为了适应矿浆浓度高和粗颗粒含量多条件下的浮选,设计了A型和B型两种浮选机叶轮结构,分别进行了动力学参数测量,且对比研究了矿浆浓度和给矿粒度分布组成对浮选的影响。试验结果表明,B型叶轮明显提高了粗颗粒的回收率,且矿浆浓度和粒度分布对粗颗粒浮选具有重要的影响。In order to match up with the flotation conditions of high concentration and high-content of coarse size fraction of feed, two different kinds of impeller structure (A-type and B-type) were designed particularly, and kinetic parameters measurement was carried out respectively. The effect of pulp density and the particle size fraction distribution of feed on flotation was also studied by comparison. The experimental results show that the recovery of coarse particle has been enhanced significantly by B-type impeller, and the pulp density and particle size distribution have an important impact on coarse particle flotation.
