摘 要:针对陶瓷过滤机在铜精矿矿浆脱水过程中易发生堵塞的问题,采用多种分析方法对在不同状况下(发生堵塞和未发生堵塞)铜精矿、滤液、滤板的理化特征进行了测试分析。结果表明,硫单质和硫酸钙附着在陶瓷板微孔中,成为造成陶瓷板堵塞的主要因素。导致矿浆中硫单质和硫酸钙含量增多的原因,有可能是在球磨和充气浮选过程中的过度氧化造成的。In order to study the blocked filtration problem occurred in the process of dewatering of copper concentrate slurry disposed by ceramic filter, the physical and chemical properties of copper concentrate, filtrate and filter board were tested and analyzed at different conditions including blocking happening and normal condition by multiple analysis methods. Test results showed that the adsorption of sulphur and calcium sulfate on micropore of ceramic plate turned out to be the main factor of resulting in the blocking. There were many affecting factors leading to the increase of sulphur and calcium sulfate content, the over oxidation happened during the grinding stage and flotation aeration process maybe cause the generation of the two materials.
