摘 要:AIBN生产废水以其COD高、盐分高、氨氮高、毒性大而成为水处理的一大难题,得不到有效治理。根据废水水质特征,选用铁蓝法、先进的前处理技术"过电位三维电解技术"和"美境高效复合微生物菌种"组成的工艺"铁蓝-PH调节-过电位三维电解-兼氧-好氧"对该AIBN生产废水进行处理,取得了满意的结果。平均COD从13 000 mg/L降到89 mg/L,去除率为99.3%,平均NH3-N从240 mg/L降到13.3 mg/L,去除率为94.5%,平均TCN从550 mg/L降到了0.4mg/L,去除率为99.9%,出水达到国家一级排放标准。AIBN production effluent cant get effective treatment, which became a major problem because of its high COD, high salinity, high ammonia nitrogen and high toxicity. Based on the characteristics of effluent quality, the "Iron blue - pH adjustment - Potential three dimensional electrolysis -oxygen -areobic" process including iron blue, advanced pretreatment technology "potential three -dimensional electrolysis" and "the complex microbial strains" was used to treat the AIBN production effluent, and the results were satisfactory. The average COD dropped from 13000 mg/L to 89 mg/L, the removal rate was 99.3%. The average NH3 - N from 240 mg/L to 13.3 mg/L, the removal rate was 94.5%. The average TCN from 550 mg/L to 0.4 mg/L, the removal rate was 99.9%. So the treated effluent qualily could meet the requirements of the national primary discharging standards.
