摘　　要：按照《血站管理办法》及《血站质量管理规范》等要求,构建县级捐血屋,捐血屋质量管理应纳入血站质量管理体系。南宁市建立的宾阳、横县、武鸣3个县级捐血屋自投入运行以来,采血量及采血人数均较上一年同期流动献血车有大幅度提高,有力推动了无偿献血在农村地区的发展。Accordance with the ＂Administration Rules of Blood Station＂ and ＂Codes of Blood Station Quality Management＂ and other requirements, county blood donation houses were built, and their quality management was included into the quality management system of blood station. Sinee operation of the established three county - level blood houses in Binyang, Heng and wuming, the blood volume and number of people for blood collection inereased greatly compared with that by mobile blood collection vehicles during the same period of the previous year, which had a strong impetus to blood donation in rural areas.
