摘　　要：明确了医疗机构在生物安全应对中担负的责任,分析了医疗机构应对生物安全存在的困难:警觉性不高,监控链条存在空隙,对生物安全损害识别不灵敏,对基因原因疾病不了解,应对乏力等,并提出了依托医疗机构建设生物安全监控中心的构想。The paper made clear biosecurity responsibilities of medical institutions, analyzed existing difficulties, such as low bio - safety awareness, the existed monitoring chain gaps, insensitive identify damage to biological safety, no understanding of genetic causes of disease and tack of effective response, etc. , and put forward the concept of construction of biosafety monitoring center relying on medical institutions.
