摘 要:针对南海荔湾厚壁海底管线的特点和开发该管线钢管的难点,设计了研制该管线钢的总体技术路线和工艺流程。研究分析了化学成分设计、厚板TMCP冶金工艺和板管性能控制等对厚壁海底管道性能的影响。分析了试制前期存在的主要问题,并给出了相应的解决措施。对试制的Φ762 mm×28.6 mm,Φ762 mm×30.2 mm和Φ762 mm×31.8 mm厚壁管线钢管进行了多项力学性能检测,并与国外同类海底管道的性能进行了对比。结果表明,荔湾海底管道用管板具有更高的强度与韧性,实物质量已到较高的水平。According to the characteristics of the South China Sea' Liwan submarine pipeline and development difficulties, the general technical program and process flow of pipeline steel were designed. It analyzed the influence on the performance of heavy wall thickness submarine pipeline from chemical composition design, thick plate TMCP metallurgical technology, plate-pipe performance control etc. It also analyzed the existed problems at the beginning period of trial-manufacture, and gave corresponding solution measures. Many mechanical performance tests for trial produced heavy wall thickness submarine pipeline with φ 762 mm×28.6 mm,φ762 mm×30.2 mm and φ 762 mm×31.8 mm were conducted, and compared with the performance of the similar foreign submarine pipeline. The results indicated that the plate used in the South China Sea' Liwan submarine pipeline is with the higher strength and toughness, and the product quality reach higher level.
