Ecological Capacity of Mining Area a Typical Fragile Region Based on Ecological Footprints Theory——A Case Study of Lanping County, Yunnan Province

摘  要:以云南兰坪矿区为例,应用生态足迹法对其1986—2009年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行研究,探讨典型生态脆弱矿区的生态承载力动态变化特征及其主要原因。结果表明:①随着人口增长,兰坪矿区人均生态承载力下降了0.54hm2,人均生态足迹则上升了0.41hm2。②人均生态盈余减少了0.95 hm2,年均降幅为3.04%,可供未来使用的生态资源潜力在减少。③生态盈余的保持依赖于兰坪矿区经济增长中技术和结构优化导致的生态资源利用效率的提高。Based on ecological footprints the ecological capacity in mining area of Lanping county in Yunnan Province was calculated according to its 1986--2009 statistics, the dynamic change and main reasons were approached. The results showed that:(1) With the population growth, per capita ecological capacity of mining area decreased 0.54hm2, but per capita ecological footprint increased 0.41hm2. (2)Ecological capacity remainder de- creased 0.95 hm2, with an average annual decline of 3.04 %, suggesting the potential of ecological resources available for future use decreased. (3) E- cological surplus preserve was mainly due to the ecological resources use efficiency caused by technical and structural optimization in Lanping.
