摘  要:目的 本文着重探讨二维超声法 (2DE)、多普勒压差减半时间法 (PHT)、主动脉血流连续性方程法(AFCE)、二尖瓣血流连续性方程法 (MFCE)测量二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积 (MVA)的准确性及临床应用价值。方法 对 80例二尖瓣狭窄患者 ,术前应用上述四种方法测量MVA ,并与其中的 30例手术患者进行手术测值 (aMVA)对比。结果除测量MVA、AFCE外 ,其余三种方法与aMVA高度相关 ,以 2DE法相关最佳 ,其次为PHT法、MFCE法。结论  2DE法和PHT法测量MVA操作简单、准确性高 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound method(2DE),pressure half-time method(PHT),aortic blood flow continuity method(AFCE),mitral blood flow continuity method (MFCE)in mesuring the mitral valve area (MVA)in patients with mitral stenosis Methods 80 patients with the mitral stenosis were studied by 4 methods before operation The results were compared with the results obtained directly during operation (aMVA)from 30 patients Results Except AFCE,the results measured by the other three method were highly correlated with the results measured by aMVA Conclusions The 2DE and PHT are easily operative and more accurate in measuring the mitral valve area, so it has great clinical value
