摘 要:研究白萝卜的促消化作用。根据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》2003年版规定的方法,取雄性昆明小鼠60只,进行小鼠小肠墨汁推进试验;选用清洁级雄性SD大鼠40只,进行大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量、食物利用率和大鼠胃蛋白酶测定试验。白萝卜能显著提高小肠推进率;显著增强大鼠胃蛋白酶排出量。白萝卜具有助消化作用。To study the Effects of Raphanus sativus L. on improving digestive function. The distance of ink moving in small intestine in KM mice was used to evaluate the effect. The body weight,food intakes,food efficiency ratio and the secretion amount of SD rats'gastric juice and pepsin activity were also used to evaluate the effect. Raphanus sativus L. could increase the rate of ink promoting,which was superior to that in the model control group, it also could promote the secretion amount of gastric juice and pepsin, which was superior to that in the control group. Raphanus sativus L. has the function of promoting the digestion and absorption function.
