摘　　要：主要介绍了水除鳞技术对钢板表面质量影响的一些因素,对水除鳞的关键指标打击力、铁皮成分等关键因子进行分析,用现场实际的一些情况与工艺理论相结合来进行阐述,并对冶金工艺的超高压深层除鳞系统理论提出一些自己的看法。This paper mainly introduces the water descaling technology on the surface quality of the steel plate the effect of some factors on water descaling, key indicators of blow force, metal components such as the key factor to carry on the analysis, with the actual situations and the process of combining theory to carry on the elaboration, and metallurgical technology of ultra high pressure deep descaling system theory puts forward some of their views.
