摘　　要：针对舟曲山洪地质灾害发生时开展的气象应急保障工作中所遇到的问题,提出了合理的山洪地质灾害气象应急保障物流系统架构。文章提出了对山洪地质灾害气象应急保障物流建设中需要注意的几个环节问题,对气象应急保障物流系统的五个重要支撑条件进行了详细阐述;并建议建立布局合理的具有现代化水平的陆海空三维一体的气象应急保障物资流体系,以提升山洪地质灾害气象应急保障快速反应的能力,为防灾救灾提供更优质的气象服务。Based on the problems of meteorological emergency security in Zhouqu flash flood geological disasters, this paper puts forward the reasonable frame of meteorological emergency security logistics system. Some significant points that need to be paid attention in the system construction are discussed. The five supporting conditions for this logistics system are described in detail. In the end, the reasonable air, sea and land three-dimensional integrated meteorological emergency security logistics system is advised built, which elevates rapid response capacity of emergency security and provides more quality services for disaster relief.
