摘　　要：全国地面气象观测技能竞赛已成为广大地面气象观测员展示业务技术水平的重要平台,本文通过对第三届全国地面气象观测技能竞赛(第五届全国气象行业职业技能竞赛)的试题结构与内容的分析,探讨竞赛命题的合理性和完整性;通过对考生答题情况的统计,分析地面气象观测员在竞赛中对各项技术技能知识考点的掌握情况;为突出地面气象观测业务改革对竞赛的引导作用,还进一步分析了未来竞赛的命题理念和命题思路的发展趋势。The national surface meteorological observation competition provides an important platform for general meteorological surface observers to communicate and display their skills. This paper discusses the rationality and integrity of competition proposition through the test structures and contents analysis of the 3rd National Meteorological Surface Observation Competition. It also analyzes mastering condition of surface meteorological observers on technical skills and knowledge in the competition by the examinee answer statistics. To highlight the reformation of surface meteorological observation playing a leading role, the trend of the proposition concept and thinking in the future competition are further analyzed.
