摘 要:针对硫酸钙与煤/秸秆的反应特性及载氧体再生反应的特性,本文基于TGA-FTIR联用技术,对煤、秸秆按不同比例掺混的3种试样与硫酸钙充分混合后在相同升温速率下进行多个循环的燃烧和载氧体还原实验研究。实验结果表明,煤中掺入秸秆改善了煤的化学链燃烧特性,载氧体的再生反应速率也明显增加;固体燃料带入的灰分对化学链影响不大,化学链燃烧释放的气体主要为二氧化碳,但完全反应所需周期长。该项研究对煤掺入秸秆进行化学链燃烧应用具有重要意义。Based on the TGA- FTIR combined method, the blending fuels of coal-straw were investigated for the chemical loop combustion (CLC) experiments with the oxygen carrier CaSO4. The experiment re- sult shows that the CLC was improved by the straw blending into coal, and the solid-solid reaction rate between the CaSO4 and char was increased, and the regeneration rate of CaS into CaSO4 was also promoted. The ash from coal and straw into CLC did little effect on the reaction. The main gas component was CO2 as expected, but the solid fuel's CLC reaction period was very long. The study of chemical chain of coal mixed with straw burning application has important significance.
