摘　　要：目的 :研究舒痛安胶囊 (STAC)的益气、补血、止痛、镇静和催眠作用。方法 :采用限食性气虚、急性出血性血虚小鼠模型 ,热板法、扭体法、自主活动和戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验方法。结果 :STAC有显著对抗气虚小鼠的体重、血红蛋白(Hb)含量和T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率的下降 ,显著抑制限食所致的胸腺萎缩 ,显著提高急性失血性“血虚”小鼠的Hb含量 ,减少醋酸性扭体反应次数和延长热刺激致痛的潜伏期 ,减少小鼠自主活动时间和抬前脚次数 ,协同戊巴比妥钠促进小鼠睡眠。结论 :实验结果提示其具有益气、补血、止痛、镇静催眠作用。Objective:To study the effects of Shutongan Capsule (STAC) on supplementing the vital energy, enriching the blood, alleviating pain, sedation and hypnosis. Methods: The mouse models of vital energy deficiency caused by limiting food, blood deficiency caused by acute hemorrhagic symptoms, the methods of hot plate, writhing, autonomic locomotions and sleep promoting test in combination with pentobarbital sodium were used. Results: STAC had the pharmacological actions counteracting the lowering in body weight, hemoglobin (Hb) contents and positive reaction rate on acid α naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) of lymphocyte of mice with vital energy deficiency, inhibiting atrophy of thymus of mice by limiting food and increasing the Hb contents of mice with blood deficiency caused by acute hemorrhagic symptoms markedly, decreasing the frequency of body torsion induced by acetic acid (HAC) and prolonging the incubation period of pain induced by heat stimulation in mice, reducing the autonomic activity time, and the fequency of lifting fore paws, and promoting sleep in combination with Nembutal in mice. Conclusions: It suggestes that STAC have effects of supplementing the vital energy, enriching the blood, alleviating pain, sedation and hypnosis.
