摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系是政治文化的核心部分,其理论品质为:理想性和现实性的统一;继承性与发展性的统一;民族性与普世性的统一;先进性与群众性的统一。社会主义核心价值体系建设是系统工程,其实践指向是:加强执政党领导建设,建设共富型民生政府,加强社会主义新型文化建设。Socialist core value system is the core part of politics and culture, and its theoretical characteristics are the unity of ideal and reality, inheritance and development, nationality and universality, advance and grassroots. The construction of socialist core value system is a systematic project, and its practical orientations are to strengthen ruling party＇ s leadership construction, to build all-round rich-style livelihood government and to enhance socialist new-style culture construction.
