摘　　要：摘要通过对获得国家一级图书馆荣誉的重庆8家公共图书馆免费开放实施情况进行调查分析，了解这些图书馆在免费开放实施过程中的具体做法、取得的成绩和存在的不足，提出了相关的建议。参考文献3。On the base of the investigation on the implementation of free opening of 8 national first level libraries in Chongqing, this paper introduced the specific practices of these libraries in free opening, analyzed the achieve- ments and insufficiency, and accordingly put forward some countermeasures. 3 Refs.
