摘 要:推导出激光熔覆过程中粉末有效利用系数表达式 ,并利用金相法检测的相关参数对粉末有效利用系数进行了计算。结果表明 :单位时间、作用时间、单位长度熔覆层粉末有效利用系数具有相同的方程形式 ,均随扫描速度的增加而增大 。The equation expressing the relationship between the efficient utilization coefficient ε and the parameters of the laser coated layer and the prolessing parameters was derived based on metallographical measurement.The experimental method for determining the efficient utilization coefficient in laser coating process by powder feeding method was designed.By varying the powder feeding rate and scanning speeding V under definite laser power P and beam spot dimensions,Coating with different thickness was obtained.The factors effcted on the efficient utilization coefficient ε were studied carefully.When the powder feeding rate and scannign speeding V increase,the efficient utilization coefficient ε become large.The method to calculate the efficient utilization coefficient ε is convenient to understand the process.
