摘  要:目前激光拉曼探针直接测定抛光片中矿物单个包裹体气液相组分 ,所获得的是分子团相对摩尔分数 ,而不能获得包裹体中流体的阴、阳离子和成矿元素组分 ,因此群体包裹体成分分析仍然是进行矿床地球化学研究、获得成矿流体有关信息的首选方法。矿物群体包裹体成分分析 ,除要求样品必须是纯净的单矿物 ( 99%以上 )外 ,还要了解样品中原生和次生包裹体的含量、特征、大小、气液比以及它们各自的均一温度、爆裂温度和盐度等情况 ,以便确定样品合适的粒径 ,剔除次生包裹体和打开原生包裹体的爆裂温度等。然后采用热爆法 ,打开原生包裹体 ,用不同的方法测定其各种成分 ,从而获得成矿流体成分的可靠信息。Although Laser Raman Probe can presently used to determine the gas and liquid phase composition (molecule molar %) of a single inclusion, composition analysis of grouped fluid inclusions is still the preferred method for geochemic study and gaining some information of metallogenetic fluids of a deposit. Except for pure single mineral being required during the composition analysis of grouped fluid inclusions,the contents,sizes, features of primary and secondary inclusions as well as the gas/liquid ratios,homogenization temperature,explosion temperature and salinity of inclusions are also determined for selection of appropriate mineral size and elimination of secondary inclusions. It is possible to get reliable information of metallogenetic fluids with heating explosion method to open the primary inclusions and determining the grouped fluid inclusion compositions. Key words grouped fluid inclusion metallogenetic fluid composition analysis heating explosion methodSecond Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433, China)Abstract:The expression fingerprint of HS fibroblasts was analyzed by cDNA microarray, using mRNA derived from multiple tissues as a contrast. The expression fingerprint of HS fibroblasts was similar to that of normal fibroblast post stimulated by TGF beta3. The expression pattern between the HS and the normal fibroblasts post stimulated was correlated to expression pattern between HS fibroblasts prior and post stimulated by TGF beta3. The expression of 620 genes related to cell cycle, cytokine, oncoprotein and apoptosis was up regulated or down regulated at least 3 times. However, the expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen was not changed. The results suggest: (1)The HS fibroblast was in a stress status; (2) Over expression of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ was not necessary for HS formation.
