乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法将72例妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。两组患者均予以硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊放入阴道,每晚1粒,连用7 d。观察组加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊放入阴道,每晚2粒,连用7 d。结果观察组患者治疗后的临床总有效率(91.67%)明显优于对照组(69.44%)(χ2=5.67,P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗期间分别出现药物不良反应3例(8.33%)和5例(18.39%),症状均较轻,未予处理症状逐渐自行消失,未发生严重药物不良反应。两组治疗期间药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.14,P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后3个月内总复发率(11.11%)明显低于对照组(36.11%)(χ2=6.24,P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果确切,安全性较好,能明显降低复发率。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules combined with Nifuratel Nys- tatin Vaginal Soft Capsule Preparation of Enzyme on vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC） patients during the pregnancy. Methods 72 cases of VVC patients during the pregnancy were divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were given Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsule Preparation of Enzyme in the vagina by one tablet for one night for 7 days. Additionally, the patients in observation group were given Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the vagina by two tablets for one night for 7 days. Results The clinical total efficien- cy of patients in observation group after the medical treatment （91.67%） was much higher than that in control group （69.44%） （X2=5.67,P 〈 0.05）. 3 cases （8.33%） and 5 cases （18.39%） of adverse drug reaction （ADR） appeared in the patients in contrOl group and observation group during the medical treatment separately with light symptom not serious ADR, and the untreated symptoms disappear gradually. After comparing the ADR occurrence rates of patients in two groups, no statistical differences appeared （X2=0.14,P 〉 0.05）. The general reoccurrence rate of patients in observation group （11.11%） was much lower than that in control group within 3 months after the medical treatment （36.11%） （X2= 6.24,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules combined with Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsule Preparation of Enzyme has reliable effect on VVC patients during the pregnancy, with high security, which can also lower the reoccurrence rate.
