摘 要:分析菲涅尔轴棱锥、二元相位型衍射轴棱锥和透镜轴棱锥等3种广义轴棱锥的相位函数,以及它们与线性轴棱锥和对数轴棱锥两种基本轴棱锥的相位函数关系.研究结果表明:广义轴棱锥的相位函数是两种基本轴棱锥的相位函数演变而来,通过调整广义轴棱锥的结构参数可使它们具有基本轴棱锥的主要光传输特性.菲涅尔轴棱锥不仅拥有基本轴棱锥的光传输特性,且结构紧凑,光吸收损耗小;二元相位型衍射轴棱锥设计自由度大,不仅保证高的衍射效率且光谱特性好;透镜轴棱锥制造简单,成本低,易于进行大尺寸制作.The phase functions of three kinds generalized axicons including Fresnel axicons, binary axicons and lens axi- cons are analyzed and the relations of phase functions between them and two kinds of basic axicons namely, the linear axi- cons and the logarithmic axicons are demonstrated. The research results Indicate that the phase functions of generalized axicons are derived from the phase functions of the two basic axieons, and the generalized axicons can obtain the main op- tical beam transmission properties of the basic axicons through adjusting their structure parameters. Fresnel axicon not only keeps the optical propagation properties of traditional axicon, but also shows more compact with less absorption loss. Binary axieon can be designed in order to generate a given optical field, both a good diffractive efficiency and spectrum property are provided. Lens axicon is easy to manufacture with larger aperture and less expensive.
