摘 要:提出了一种实用的电磁干扰(EMI)辐射测试的结果统计技术,采用80%置信度导出统计权衡指标,应用于同一测试系统的期间核查和不同测试系统之间的比对.新统计方法兼顾了测试系统重复性和复现性差异,对差异数据具有弹性制,统计权衡指标反映整体系统的性能.与现有国家标准和认可文件的Z值法、En值法相比,更适合电磁兼容(EMC)领域的检测结果监控,提高检测质量,解决了该领域目前数据处理方法不合适的问题.所述方法经过10多家实验室应用,符合实际需求及国内外相关标准.A statistics theory of electromagnetic interference radiation measurement is proposed. By using the statistics balance index derived from 80% confidence,the measurement data is dealt with for the intermediate checking of the same test system and compared with different systems. The new statistics method gives consideration to the repeatability and reproducibility deviation of test sys terns. It has elasticity for diversity data and the statistics balance index reflects the performance of whole system. It is more suitable and helpful for electro magnetic compatibility(EMC) test quality control than Z-scores method and En-scores method in GB standards and accreditation documents. It solves the problem that the processing method at present is not suitable for EMC test data. This method is used in many laboratories and conforms with the requirement of practical use and relevance standards at home and abroad.
