摘　　要：目的:建立补肾益脑胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,紫外检测器,测定五味子醇甲的含量。结果:五味子醇甲在0.032 26～0.322 6μg之间有良好线性关系(r=0.999 98),平均回收率为101.8%,(n=6,RSD=1.76%)。结论:本方法简便,快速,灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可作为本药品中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。Objective： To establish determination method for schisandrin in Bushen Yinao capsule.Methods： Use HPLC with UV detector to determine the content of schisandrin.Results： schisandrin showed a good linear relationship（γ = 0.999 98） from 0.032 26μg to 0.322 6μg,and the average recovery rate was 101.8%（n = 6,RSD = 1.76%）.Conclusion： This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,strong specificity,good reproducibility,which can be used as the determination method for Schisandrin in capsule.
