摘　　要：结合SQLite数据库和Qt图形用户界面编程技术,提出了一种全电动注塑机可视化的数据管理模块的设计与实现方案,并将此模块与全电动注塑机控制器相集成,实现了用户对注塑机各项参数查询、修改、添加、删除等操作,并能存储及载入历史工艺过程。缩短了注塑机工艺设置的周期,提高了注射生产效率,保证了注塑机控制器针对不同注塑机型的可移植性,具有很好的应用前景。A scheme of designing and implementing visual data management module for an all-electric injection moulding machine was Proposed by combining SQLite database and Qt graphical user interface programming technology. The user operations such as querying, modifying, adding and deleting various parameters of injection moulding machine can be carried out through integrating the visual data management module and the controller of in- jection moulding machine and the process data can be stored and loaded. The time of set- ring the process parameters was shortened, the production efficiency was increased and the portability of the controller was ensured.
