摘　　要：介绍了家用纯水机进水阀的结构与成型工艺,分析比较了几种自动脱螺纹机构的优缺点,根据进水阀特点,采取液压缸作为动力源,使齿轮齿条带动螺纹型芯旋转,实现内螺纹脱模,脱模机构简单、有效,工作可靠,成型的塑件质量稳定。The structure of the inlet valve of a household water purifier and its moulding process were presented and several automatic thread demoulding mechanisms were com- pared and analyzed. According to the characteristic of the inlet valve and using the hydrau- lic cylinder as power , the internal thread demoulding was realized through using the gear rack to drive the thread core revolving.
