摘  要:测定了47种不同来源玉米的常规理化指标和其中32种玉米样品的肉鸡有效能值.结果表明:不同来源玉米的化学成分中变异系数在10%以下的指标有水分、总能、容重、总淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉,其变异系数分别为8.4%、1.3%、6.55%、3.6%、9.0%和5.3%;有效能值变异系数分别为AME 4.0%、AMEn 3.9%、IDE 4.4%.4个玉米主产区中,东北地区玉米的总淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉的含量最高;西北地区玉米的CP、总能、NDF等指标最高;华东地区玉米的EE、ASH、Ca、P、水分等指标最高;华北地区玉米的容重最高;华东地区和西北地区玉米的代谢能变异较大,而回肠末端消化能较小,华北地区和东北地区玉米则与之相反.This experiment was carried out to analyze the physical and chemistry characteristics of 47 corns and the available energy value of 32 corns sourced from different regions. The results showed that the coefficients of variation for moisture, GE, VW, total starch, amylose and amylopectin were 8. 4%, 1.3%,6.5%,3.6%,9.0% and 5. of AME,AMEn and IDE were 4. 3 % respectively which were within 4.0%,3.9 % and 4. 4 %, respectively. amylopectin was highest in corns of Northeast region and 10. 0%. The coefficients of variation The content of starch, amylose and the highest concentration of CP, GE, NDF was appeared in Northwest region. However, the highest content of EE, ASH, Ca, P, moisture was existed in Eastern China. Corn in Northern China has the highest VW. Eastern China and Northwest region where were higher variation on metabolizable energy , but the lower variation on ileal energy digestibility, oppositely in Northern and Northeast regions of China.
