摘 要:为了能及时将拔取的甘蓝运送到切割器,切除根及烂叶,降低运送过程中的机械损伤和功率损耗,运用Pro/E软件对4YB-I型甘蓝收获机提升装置进行了三维实体建模,确定了主要技术参数;对主要部件输送带进行了应力分析,输送过程中承受的最大应力是6.024 MPa;通过试验确定的提升输送装置的合理运行速度为0.5m/s;在试验台上对该装置进行测试,运行结果达到设计要求.In order to send the selected cabbage timely to the designated location to resect the root and rotten leaves, and reduce the mechanical damage and power loss in the process of cabbage conveying for the high economic benefit,3D solid model of the lifting and delivery mechanism was built and the main technical parameters were determined with Pro/E software. Stress analysis were carried on the conveyor which was the main part of delivery mechanism. Maximum stress on the conveyor was 6. 024 MPa in the process of cabbage conveying. Reasonable speed of delivery mechanism was 0. 5 m/s, which was determined by test. The lifting and delivery mechanism was experimented on the test bench,which accorded with the design requirements.
