摘 要:针对大型真空罐体积庞大,给起吊、运输带来很大不便,运输成本高的问题,提出将真空罐罐体沿纵向分割为3段,每段之间用矩形法兰连接。对矩形法兰进行了传统方法的设计与有限元分析。矩形法兰的设计影响因素较多,受力情况复杂,先用当量圆法对初步设计的矩形法兰的强度进行计算,然后利用SolidWorks建立其三维模型,并导入ANSYS中,对矩形法兰进行静态分析得其变形云图和应力云图,根据分析结果看其是否满足强度和刚度要求并进一步优化,保证设计的精确性和可靠性。Due of the large vacuum tank volume, inconvenience of lifting, transportation and the high cost of transportation problems, it proposes to longitudinally split the vacuum tank body into 3 sections, and each section is connected by a rectangular flange. The rectangular flange is designed in traditional way and analyzed infinite element method. Because of the complexity of force conditions and many factors influenced during the design of rectangular flange, firstly it calculates the strength of the preliminary design of the rectangular flange with the equivalent circle method, and then uses the SolidWorks to build the three -dimensional model and imports it into ANSYS. Statically it analyzes the rectangular flange and gain deformation and stress nephogram~ According to the results of the analysis, sees whether it can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity and makes further optimization to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the desigr~
