摘  要:以ANSYS有限元分析软件为基础,分别对轴承与轴承座过盈配合、滚动体与轴承外圈接触进行分析,并将结果合成。结合实际情况,研究了6003轴承在不同过盈配和载荷作用下,外滚道下面最大切应力大小及其所在深度的变化情况。结果表明:1.通过对比ANSYS分析结果和理论计算结果,验证了ANSYS分析过盈配合和接触的准确性;2.6003轴承在承受当量静载荷80%的工况下,过盈量在(0~0.042)mm之间变化时,随过盈量的增大,外圈最大切应力先减小,后缓慢增大;最大切应力发生的深度变浅。It analyzes the intelference fit between bearing and bearing seat and the contact between ball and bearing outer ring. Using the results of these two analyses, the calculation of maximum shear stress below the outer ring raceway is conducted. Not only maximum shear stress but also the depth of where the maximum shear stress happens of the 6003 ball bearing's outer ring are figured out when loads in the different integrerence are taken into consideration. The study shows that: 1. The result of theory calculation and ANSYS are contrasted to figure out that the result of ANSYS is accurate. 2. As the interference fit changes from 0 to 0.042ram, the maximum shear stress of the outer ring raceway decreases fast and then ascends slowly, and the depth of where the maximum shear stress happens gets close to the su^ace of the outer ring raceway, when the 6003 ball bearing is under the operating conditions of 80 percent static equivalent load.
