摘 要:根据动态压下的钢板矫直模型,分析矫直过程中的钢板在受载荷情况下的应力应变状态,分别用理论推导方法和有限元模拟方法计算得到了应力中性层的位置。指出了钢板在受载弯曲的情况下,其应力中性层的偏移现象和具体的偏移量的大小。对比了在三种不同载荷下,钢板的应力中性层偏移量的变化情况,确定了其变化规律。同时对比了理论推导结果和有限元计算结果,分析了二者的差异及产生差异的原因。为改善钢板矫直数学模型和精确确定钢板矫直过程中的压下量提供一定的理论依据。According to the dynamic draught straightening steel plate model, the stress and strain of steel plate were analyzed in straightening process. The location of stress neutral layer was obtained separately by theoretical derivation and finite element simulatior~ The simulation result indicated the stress neutral layer had offset in straightening pracess and the formula of neutral layer offset was giveru The changes of the values of stress neutral layer offset were compared under three loads, and its rule was determined. Meanwhile, the theoretical results were compared with the results of finite element simulation, and the error of two results and the reason of this error were analyzed. The theoretical basis was provided to improve the mathematical model of straightening force in straightening process and determine the press quantity accurately.
