摘 要:磨削力是选择砂轮电机和对磨削参数进行优化的重要依据,针对立式玻璃磨边机V形砂轮组件的结构特点,研究设计了一种以阶梯轴套为弹性元件并在砂轮轴端安装推力球轴承的应变式磨削测力仪,采用多点接触导电滑环传递磨削力信号,并对测力仪进行标定、模拟测试实验及实际磨削测试实验。结果表明:经轴套传递的切向磨削力和径向磨削力分别高达97%和70%,并且具有良好的线性度;而未加推力球轴承时的切向力和径向力传递率仅为75%和52%。研究结果为立式玻璃磨边机加工过程磨削力的测试与研究奠定了基础。Grinding force is an important basis for selecting grinding wheel driving motor and optimizing grinding parameters. According to the structural characteristic of V-grinding wheel subassembly in vertical glass edge grinding machine, a grinding dynamometer based on resistance strain gauge technology was designed, and it used a stepped sleeve as elastic component held in place by a thrust ball bearing on the end of grinding wheel shaft. Grinding force signals were transmitted by multipoint contact slip rings. Calibration of grinding dynamometer, simulating test and actual grinding test were finished, and the result indicates that tangential and radial grinding force transfer rate via shaft sleeve are high to 97 and 70 percent of actual force respectively with excellent linearity, which are only 75 and 52 percent without thrust ball bearing. It provides a basis for the measurement and research of grinding force in the process of grinding glass edge in vertical glass edge grinding machine.
