摘 要:在以往研究的基础上,创新设计了基于杠杆-双滚轮二级力放大机构的气动-机械复合传动冲压机。这种创新型的冲压机,由于做到了在非常有限的空间内,巧妙地利用杠杆机构的长度效应,和双滚轮机构的角度效应,将气缸活塞产生的推力,经过二级放大后传递到冲压头上,因而,相对于活塞杆直接输出作用力的简单气动冲压机,在结构尺寸一定的条件下,能够显著提高冲压力;而在冲压力一定的条件下,则能够显著减小气缸直径。通过图例介绍了新型冲压机的工作原理,给出了具有工程指导意义和参考价值的力学计算公式及图表。新型冲压机仅仅用一个气缸,就能够实现两个冲压头的顺序作业,不仅生产效率高,而且节能环保。On basis of the previous studies the author designs innovatively pneumatic-mechanical compound transmis'sion double-station punch machine based on lever-double-rollers 2-stage force amplifying mechanism. With this new kind of punch machine, due to taking advantage of the length effect of lever and the angular effect of double rollers tactfully within a very limited space, the thrust force created by pneumatic cylinder piston can be amplified through 2-stage force amplifying device and then be transmitted onto ramming head. So the impact force of this new type of punch machine, under the condition of a definite structure size, relative to the simple pneumatic punch machine that outputs directly acting force by piston rod, can be enhanced greatly. While the impact force is a certain value the diameter of pneumatic cylinder can be reduced significantly. It presents the work principle of the new kind punch machine by legend and gives the mechanics calculating farmula and diagrams which are instructive and have reference value in engineering field. The new type punch machine just uses one pneumatic cylinder but it can implement the sequenced operations of two ramming heads. As a result it leads high productivity and energy conservation and environmental protection.
