摘　　要：超越离合器是装载机传动系统中的重要部件,其质量要求近乎苛刻,所以需要对其进行前期试验。但目前国内外很少有能够符合要求的单项综合性能试验台系统,所以研制一台针对超越离合器综和性能验证的试验台是很有必要的。经过相关分析与实验确定试验台的开发要求,并在此基础上设计出了超越离合器综合性能试验台的总体结构和系统组成并完成了试验台的搭建。经测试,该试验台能够圆满的完成测试任务,为超越离合器生产商和用户提供有益的综合性能数据。Overrunning clutch is an important part of the loader transmission system, and its quality requirement is almost harsh,so it is necessary to do some test for the overrunning clutch. Because there are few test stand at home and abroad to meet the requirements of the single comprehensive performance test system, so developing a test comprehensive performance bench of overrunning clutch is very necessary. Some development requirements for test stand are determined by correlation analysis and experiment, and the whole structure and system composition of overrunning clutch comprehensive performance test stand are designed out on the base of it. According to the test, the test bed can complete the testing tasks, and provide the overrunning clutch producers and users with good comprehensive performance dat~
