摘 要:研究开发了基于物联网的振动监测系统感知层,介绍了系统的整体框架和感知层的结构,阐述了感知层的设计理念。物联网技术的应用使得系统更人性化,便于操作和管理;融合WSN的RFID读写器设计方便了感知层信息的获取。系统设计为特定环境的工业现场实时监测提供了方便的手段,具有很好的实用性。随着物联网技术的更新和发展,将物联网技术应用入实时在线振动监测系统,使整个系统更加智能和快捷,为旋转机械的故障监测提供了强有力的理论依据。A vibration monitoring system sensing layer based on internet of things was developed. Firstly the overall structure of the system and the structure of the sensor layer were introduced. Then the design concept was expounded. The operational and the managerial were enhanced because of the introduction of the internet of things. And because of the design of the reader based on the wireless sensor network and the radio frequency identification, information of the sensing layer was got easier. The design of the system provided a better method for the industrial field. It has good practicability. With the upgrading and development of the internet of things technology, the concept of internet of things gradually has developed into every corner of people's lives, which is also an entirely new ideas and goals that apply the internet of things technology into the real-time online vibration monitoring system.
