摘 要:本文先简要介绍当前船舶功率管理系统的应用现状,然后分析了电力推进船舶的实际应用需求。本文设计了某船的功率管理系统,这里着重介绍了功率管理策略设计和基本功能实现。最后通过实船试验验证,开放的功率管理系统为监控系统提供了透明的监控,有利于操作人员对功率管理系统作出正确的分析和决策,有利于本船的经济、稳定、安全运行。This article introduces the current application situation of PMS in ships, such as PMS of Siemens, ABB, Converteam and Kongsberg. The concrete requirements of a ship are discussed in the following paragraph. The PMS of the ship is designed, the PPU development, PMS strategies and realization of basic function are emphasized. In the last paragraph, a conclusion is drawn by the test. The open PMS can be pellucidly monitored and controlled by supervisory system, it is beneficial to make the correct analyses and make the correct decisions by operators, and it is helpful for the economical, steady and safe operating of the whole ship.
