摘  要:舰船电网规划能够有效提高舰船电力系统的生存能力和舰船电网的持续供电能力。随着现代舰船电力系统容量及电网结构的复杂程度的增加,传统的基于基本经验及模式并结合工程校验的舰船电网设计方法存在局限性。本文针对舰船电网设计的需求和特点,建立了分项评价指标数学模型。考虑各分项指标权重并结合加权TOPSIS法提出了舰船电网评价指标体系。通过对典型舰船电网设计方案的评估和分析,验证了本文方法的实用性和有效性。Shipboard power network planning can optimize the survivability of power system and power supplying continuity of power network. With the growth of power capacity and complexity of large shipboard power system, the traditional method of shipboard power network method presents its limitation. In this paper, multi-objective evaluating model is built on the basis of the needs and traits of shipboard power network design. Considerering relative vitality of each indicator, an indicator system based on weighted TOPSIS method is proposed. Test results of several classical shipboard power network design show the validity and practicality of the method.
