板框压滤机在三元复合驱采出液废渣处理中的应用

摘　　要：采用调质-离心处理工艺，在已建含油污泥处理站进行三元废渣的后续处理现场试验。试验结果表明：三元废渣不易分散，在离心过程中易造成离心机内部堵塞，目前污泥处理站离心处理三元废渣的最高含聚浓度为80mg／L。利用板框压滤机对进入含油污泥处理站处理前的高含聚三元废渣进行预处理，处理后三元废渣中含聚浓度小于80mg／L，含固量25％～40％，含油量小于4％。Hardening and tempering-centrifugalization technology is adopted in the field test of ASP waste residue post-processing at oily sludge processing station that has already been built.The result of the test shows that ASP waste residues are difficult to disperse,thus easily causing clogging inside centrifugal machine during centrifugation.Currently the highest polymer concentration of ASP waste residue processing at oily sludge treatment station is 80mg/L. Plate-and-frame filter is used to conduct pretreatment to high-polymer ASP waste residue before entering oily sludge treatment station.After the treatment,the polymer concentration is below 80mg/L,the solid content is between 25%and 40%,and the oil content is below 4%.
