摘 要:选择来自芒属及近缘属的95对SSR引物对荻与南荻的F1杂交后代的真实性进行了鉴定。结果表明,共有6对SSR引物具有杂交种鉴别能力,其中,3对来自玉米,1对来自甘蔗,2对来自芒。选用特征带稳定清晰的2对双亲互补型引物对254个杂种后代单株进行检测,其中HAU-281鉴定出真杂交种250株,真杂种率为98.42%;HAU-438鉴定出真杂交种249株,真杂种率为98.03%,两引物检出率吻合度为99.60%。结果表明,SSR标记技术能有效应用于芒属种间杂种的真实性鉴定,为芒属植物杂交育种及遗传改良奠定了重要的基础。In this study,a total of 95 pairs of SSR primers developed from Miscantus and its relative genus were screened and applied for identification of the artificial F1 hybrids between M. sacchariflorus and M. lutari oriparius. The results showed that 6 primer pairs could be used to identify the hybrids. Of which,3 primer pairs from corn,1 from sugarcane and 2 from M. sinensis. At mentary characteristic bands, HAU-281 and HAU-438 marker identified 250 true hybrids out of 254 individua last, two SSR markers that generate parental comple , were ls (98. selected to identify the true hybrids. The HAU-281 42 %) and the HAU-438 marker identified 249 true hybrids (98. 03%). The matching degree between two markers was up to 99.60%. This study indicated that SSR markers can be effectively applied in identification on hybrid derived from hybridization between different Miscanthus species,thus providing an important foundation for improvement breeding of Miscanthus.
